This was an extension and renovation project on Abingdon. Our clients, purchased the bungalow at the end of 2022 and were keen to make a start on the works as soon as possible. The property was empty, hence their desire to get started with the works. Clarus Construction Ltd won the contract after tendering against 4 other construction companies. We started the project mid-June 2023 with a view to have the project complete pre-Christmas. Sadly, this was not to be the case as we had structural steel detail delays which pushed us back 3 weeks. All said and done, Clarus completed this project 1st February 2024 on budget and finished to the level of standard we pride ourselves on.
Clarus construction took on the superstructure contract for this new build project in Binfield for one of our trusted clients. We battled through the glorious English weather at the start of 2024 to keep the project on schedule. Traditional build. Flemish bond with a single plinth. We can’t wait to share the finished project photos when possible.
Client wanted a wrap around extension also incorporating a conservatory. This project is still on going and is due to be completed by the end of September.
